The Agency Department work closely with retailers to understand their specific needs. Our client base includes national and multiple retailers, institutional landlords and property companies through to independent and regional retailers. Our services are designed to meet individual client’s requirements in disposing and acquiring of properties.

The Practice’s Professional Department acts on hundreds of rent reviews and lease renewals at any one time. The whole Practice works very closely together using all areas of its expertise, linking professional work on arbitrations, valuations, management and rating work with an extensive database.

The Commercial Valuation Department serves a wide range of clients including major High Street Banks, large national Plc companies, local companies, private property investors and pension fund providers. Our service is tailored to meet the demands of modern commercial lending.

The Management team is responsible for a nationwide portfolio of retail and other commercial property acting on behalf of landlords together with retailers and other occupiers in an estate management role, virtually as their “in house property department”.

The Building Surveying Department undertake a wide range of property and construction related projects varying from new build and refurbishment schemes up to a value of £3 million and detailed specific surveys on different properties for wide ranging purposes.

We also advise institutions, property investors, developers, retailers, trusts and individuals on the property elements of their portfolios to deliver the optimum mixture of income and capital growth.

Johnson Fellows can also offer advice on site assembly, development, letting and funding of completed schemes and has successfully offered this service to both pension funds and property companies alike.
