ANGELA MEISTERICS
SENIOR SURVEYOR
MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT

Background

The lure of the UK Property market proved too much in 2006 and heralded a life changing decision to move to the UK from Akron, Ohio, USA.  Having worked in commercial and residential real estate development and management for nine years at Stark Enterprises Inc., a predominant US Real Estate Development company, as a member of the Senior Management team, it is clear the parallels between US and UK practice are many: my transition to Johnson Fellows has been seamless and indeed extremely worthwhile. I foresee my experience and expertise fostering yet greater client confidence in our services and securing Johnson Fellows an even wider and indeed diverse client portfolio in the future.

Development and Responsibilities

A key member of the Property Management department, I oversee a largely retail portfolio, providing property management solutions for clients and tenants alike.

Personal

Originally a native of the American Midwest, I met my partner Kenyon on holiday in Cancun Mexico.  Enticed by his British accent and quaint English culture, I moved to the UK in 2006, and now reside in Sutton Coldfield.

I enjoy foreign travel; living in England has afforded me the opportunity to experience the thriving cultures of Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
