People in Shifnal will now have a range of optometry and audiology services on their doorstep after opticians and hearing specialists Specsavers opened a brand new branch in the town.
Specsavers has opened its new 2,206 sq ft store at 1 Market Square in the premises formerly occupied by Barclays Bank.
We acted on behalf of SEP Properties, who own the building and invested in an extensive fitout to transform the former bank into a modern retail unit. Chartered surveyors Emmanuel Oliver acted on behalf of Specsavers.
Specsavers Shifnal offers adult and children’s eye examinations as well as contact lens services and audiology. The store includes three dedicated testing rooms and is equipped with the latest technology, including an Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) machine, which provides advanced 3D eye scanning to support the early detection and monitoring of a range of eye conditions.
