Family-run Black Country business, Castle Blinds & Awnings, is set to open the doors to its brand new showroom after relocating to larger premises in Brierley Hill.

After outgrowing their previous 3,400 sq ft premises, the company has relocated to a significantly larger 10,500 sq ft facility on Little Cottage Street. This new space sits alongside its existing showroom in Kingswinford and includes a dedicated manufacturing base.

Our agency team, led by partner Richard Bache, were pleased to help broker the deal on behalf of the property’s seller.

Castle Awnings & Blinds, which specialises in made-to-measure blinds, shutters and awnings for domestic and commercial properties, was founded by Brian Jones in 1993 and is now run by his children, Amanda and Lee. The company has even appeared on the small screen, providing blinds for popular TV shows, including Doc Martin, Holby City, Silent Witness, Skins, Dalziel & Pascoe and Adolescence.

Brian Jones, owner of Castle Blinds & Awnings, said: “We’re excited to be opening our new showroom after searching for the right property for over 10 years. The new premises provides us with ample space for a combined manufacturing base and a second showroom, and also gives us the space to showcase our full outdoor product range for the first time.”

Richard Bache, Partner in the Commercial Agency team at Johnson Fellows, added: “It’s fantastic to see Brian and the team moving into their new showroom in Brierley Hill. This move reflects a strong period of growth for the business and we’re pleased to have supported the team in their search.”
