We’re delighted to have welcomed Paul Evans to our growing property management team.
Paul joins as Client Accountant and will support the financial administration of our retail, office and industrial property portfolios on behalf of landlords, investors and property owners.
He joins from estates and lettings agency Oakmans, where he was responsible for the entire finance function of the business, including all client accounts which included over 1,800 landlords and more than 3,000 tenants, as well as overseeing money laundering requirements and annual Safe Agent compliance audits.
Paul said: “It’s fantastic to have joined the team at Johnson Fellows. Having started my career in accountancy back in 1988, I’ve built extensive experience in client accounting and property finance over the years and I’m looking forward to bringing this expertise to my new role and supporting the continued growth of the company.”
