A shopping centre in Walsall Wood is currently undergoing a major transformation following its acquisition by new owners.
Salters Wood Shopping Centre on Lichfield Road was purchased by its new owners in March this year. The property will benefit from significant investment including a completely new frontage to give the precinct a fresh new look.
The shopping centre features four retail units with two currently under offer.
