Johnson Fellows has reaffirmed its plans for growth with the appointment of a new senior surveyor.

Jeremy Williams joins the company in the property management department from CP Bigwood, where he was commercial property manager.

Jeremy, who has more than 10 years’ experience in the commercial property sector – having managed single and multi-let properties including shopping centres, industrial and office buildings – said he was excited to join a dynamic team that was looking to expand its operations.

Neil Wetherell, partner in charge of Johnson Fellows’ property management department, said the appointment of a new senior surveyor had enabled the consultancy to boost its team of property experts and offer its clients an enhanced service.

“Jeremy already has an impressive background as a surveyor and, because we have never been busier, we needed someone of his calibre who could hit the ground running,” he added.
